Fermentation: Making Traditional Kim Chi

Yong Rueb from Forever Yong farm, who was born and raised in S. Korea, will demonstrate how to make traditional fermented kim chi.  Participants will leave with recipes, a sampling of traditional kim chi and readiness to make their own at home.

This class is full.   We are no longer selling tickets for the fermentation class.
