Part 2: Fermentation Urban Homesteading, Food Preservation with Izetta Chambers

This Homesteading Series consists of four 2-hour classes. The course will cover the basic principles of food preservation. The second class will cover fermentation of greens in preparing kimchi, water kefirs and kombucha, and cabbage for sauerkraut. This class uses a combination of hands-on demonstrations, lecture, and suggested reading.
