Come join Doctress Neutopia for a free weekly yoga session.  We will engage in Kripalu Yoga, a yoga of compassion.  Experimenting with visualizations for ecological awareness, chakra cleansing techniques (subtle energy centers of the body), we will come to a place of inner sanctuary during our meditations.   Moving with conscious breath, our poses range from gentle to moderate levels.   Yoga, union of with the divine, provides us with a vehicle to make this evolutionary shift possible.  Neutopia studied Kripalu…
