Produce Staff
Open Position: Part Time Produce Associate

Overview: Calling all plant lovers! Are you passionate about great produce? We have exciting career opportunities just for you! Join our small, tight-knit produce team dedicated to preparing & selling the highest quality produce in town!

Part time hours available, evening & morning shifts.

Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with produce team to maintain floor produce displays & orderly back stock

  • Receive & prepare various produce deliveries per department standards

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service & department standards

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Produce Manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in produce is a plus!

  • Knowledge of natural foods & produce items

  • Ability to work weekends and some holidays

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude

  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and openness to learn!

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously throughout your shift, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

  • Capability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and climb ladders to reach products.

  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
