The Food Conspiracy Cooperative is a democratically controlled cooperative organization by over ~4,500 owners from our local community and governed through its Board of Directors. Members of the Board of Directors are elected through annual elections. Additionally, owners vote for the Cooperative Community Fund award nominees to receive grant awards for local mission-aligned community organizations.

The 2026 elections for Board of Directors and Cooperative Assistance Fund begins on April 1, 2026. Ballots are available online and in print until April 30, 2026. This page contains a link to the ballot and supplemental information about the nominees and candidates.
