The Food Conspiracy Cooperative is a democratically controlled cooperative organization by over ~4,000 owners and governed through its Board of Directors. Members of the Board of Directors are elected through annual elections. Additionally, owners vote for the Cooperative Community Fund award nominees to receive grant awards for local mission-aligned community organizations.

The 2025 elections for Board of Directors and Cooperative Assistance Fund begins on April 30, 2025. Ballots are available online and in print until May 31, 2025. This page contains a link to the ballot and supplemental information.
